Professional Experience

I am a former Marine and before starting RTS and my work as a professional management consultant and coach. I spent over 30 years as a manufacturing management professional in highly-regulated environments.  My career was marked by accomplishments in startups, turnarounds, change management, cost reduction, sales growth, new products & services and profit improvement.  Having worked my way from the “hands on” work force and up the corporate ladder before starting RTS it gives me an unique prospective. This prospective allows me to see opportunities that others may pass over. Routinely doubling throughput in complex manufacturing environments, I control costs, develop new products, ensure safety and deliver unprecedented sales results. Adept in turnarounds and startups alike, I develop innovative strategies in fabricated metal, pump & valve, electronics, avionics and hydraulics manufacturing.
